Change Healthcare

site redesign

Year: 2019 - 21

Year: 2019

Role: UX, Strategy, Project Lead

Leading a full site redesign project for a healthcare software and services company. Unifying Change Healthcare's digital ecosystem, in order to better serve payers, providers, and hospital systems.

The project began with stakeholder workshops, user research, behavioral archetypes and journeys, as well as content strategy, taxonomy, and information architecture to develop initial experience concepts. After conceptual exploration, we crafted a design look and feel, completing a full-scale site redesign, with high-fidelity motion studies and a complete design library to mesh with the Change Healthcare brand language.
